Choreocosmos retreat in Lanzarote:
"Together in transformation"
February 16–23, 2025 at Finca Lomos Altos
We invite you to a one-week retreat in Lanzarote: where the firm blackness of lava meets with the blue etheric light of the Atlantic Ocean, where life sprouts from barren soil, and heaviness transforms into lightness. Through Choreocosmos sacred and cosmic eurythmy we come together to strengthen our life forces, nourish our souls, and meet in spiritual attunement. The theme for the retreat is ”Together in transformation” – where am I in my own
process of transformation and where do we strive together as members of the human family?
The retreat includes eurythmy, singing, and conversation and reflections on the theme. One morning we will take a boat trip to Puerto Calero, and then hike along the shore to Playa Quemada, for lunch before returning. Two of the evenings we will gather for a “Cultural Evening”, where everyone is invited to contribute, and for an Evening Celebration. The other evenings give possibilities for being together or taking time for oneself. The retreat takes place at Finca Lomos Altos, a small biodynamic finca with holiday apartments. The finca is a part of ”Centro Antroposófico”, situated a couple of kilometers away in the village of Puerto del Carmen, and where you find holiday apartments, a therapy center, a restaurant and a small organic/ biodynamic shop.
Arrival: February 16 and departure: February 23. The retreat starts Sunday evening, February 16, with supper, followed by an introduction.
Cost of the retreat: 280 Euro (including ou5ng, supper on the day of arrival, and mid-morning refreshments) Travelling costs, lodging at the Finca and food is not included.
Flight to Lanzarote is organized individually by participants.
Cost of accommodation is paid to Centro Antroposófico upon arrival, and depends on type of apartment, but will be around 45 Euro per night and person, for shared accommodation (2 persons in the apartments/ 4 persons in a holiday house) and one single studio. The Finca accommodates 11 participants. There is a kitchen in all the apartments.
Breakfast and supper are organized individually, but lunch can be organized through catering.
The number of par5cipants is limited, and registratiion is due before August 28, 2024, with regard to the cancellation policy of Centro Antroposófico.
Retreat leaders are Maria Linden Thell: eurythmist and Choreocosmos teacher; and Per Linden Thell: Bothmer gymnast, Choreocosmos teacher and musician.
